He has interviewed some of the most famous people in the world including Ronald Reagan, Ray Charles, Jimmy Carter, David Rockefeller, Sandra Day O’Connor, Jack Nicklaus, Hank Aaron, Ted Turner, Julie Andrews, Aaron Copland, Jack Lemmon, Billy Joel, and Tennessee Williams and many others  

Our speaker often appears on television and radio, and his award-winning programs have aired on WCNN and TBS.  For years he was host of “Up Close” on TBS, the SuperStation founded by Ted Turner.

He has written and co-authored seven books including the best-seller “Time Tactics of Very Successful People” and “The Words Lincoln Lived By.”  His latest DVD is “Abraham Lincoln on Communication.”

But tonight he comes to us, not as an author or a lecturer, but as the main character from the one-man play that he wrote about Abraham Lincoln.  He has performed as Lincoln at Ford’s Theatre, the Georgia Dome before an audience of 25,000, at countless conventions, schools, and universities, and most recently on board the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN.  Many who have seen this performance say that after a few minutes they feel that President Lincoln is present.

Dr. Gene Griessman is an internationally known public speaker, author, actor, and executive coach. He has spoken at conventions and annual meetings and conducted seminars all over the world.  As actor and playwright, he has performed his one-man play on Abraham Lincoln at Ford's Theatre, before audiences of thousands at the Georgia Dome and the Ice Palace, and aboard the aircraft carrier the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN.  He has conducted exclusive interviews with U.S. Presidents, famous actors, sports figures, business leaders, and Nobel Laureates

Winner of the Benjamin Franklin Award and the Kay Herman Legacy Award, he often appears on television and radio, and his award-winning productions have aired on WCNN and on TBS.  He is a member of the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences.
